But, its population is growing at a very high rate, so that may change in the near future.
There are several educational centers in this region, including 3 high schools, 3 middle schools and 3 elementary schools. That allows one teacher for every 18 students. The unemployment rate is quite low, with a positive trend being noted in recent job growth.
